Monkey Nuts! Launching Weekly all over the World in the DFC!
Posted by Lorenzo at 10:03 am

Okay, so along with a few new copies of Dreamworks and various other bits and bobs, since my last big posting we've had no less than SEVEN weekly 3-page installments of Monkey Nuts released as part of the comic supplement in the awesome Guardian Newspaper. This coming Saturday is our last episode in the paper, but fear not! The Adventures of Sid and Rivet will re-launch on May 30th in the DFC!!

A brand new weekly comic from David Fickling Books, an imprint of the mighty Random House, this comic will boast the best of today's comic artists and writers, including contributers such as Phillip Pullman. The best news is, this comic is available virtually anywhere in the world! So no more complaints that we don't launch stuff internationally! Haha!

Go to www.thedfc.co.uk and subscribe today!

Oh, and there's also an exclusive Monkey Nuts Wallpaper on the site too, which I designed, and those of you who, like me, work on big 27" and 30" monitors will be pleased to see you have been provided for! I can never usually get decent wallpapers for these monsters!

Okay, so I've posted this image before, and those of you who are long-time readers of this thread will remember me harping on about our involvement in Jamie Smart's Fat Chunk anthology around this time last year. Well, twelve months on, and the thing's got a lot bigger, and is now coming out through Slave Labor Graphics. Book 1 - "Robot", will be launched this May, and we have already been asked to re-appear in Book 2 - "Zombie" later in 2008. Both Books will have a mini MOON! adventure in them. Keep an eye out for it kids!!

Website details on the poster, peeps!

We're like, SO underground, missus!
